View Failed Processes During Creation screen (Microsoft 365)

Shows a list of process instances that failed to start in your AgilePoint NX environment.

How to Start

  1. In SharePoint for Microsoft 365, open the AgilePoint Work Center web part.

  2. In the AgilePoint Work Center web part, click Inbox > Processes.

    Click Inbox Processes
  3. On the Processes screen, click View Failed Processes During Creation Marked As Cancelled icon.

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Process Instance Name
Description:
Shows the process instance name.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Initiator
Description:
Shows the name of the user who started the process.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Event Name
Description:
Shows the names of the events that failed for the process instance.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Created Date
Description:
Shows the date and time the events occurred.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Status

Description:
Shows the status of the process.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Error
Description:
Shows the error that caused the process instance to fail.

Click the error message to view detailed information about the error.
