In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Digital Signature tab.
On the Digital Signature tab, drag the Adobe Sign Send Reminder activity onto your process.

Agreement ID	Description: Specifies a unique ID of the eSigned document for which you want to send an e-mail reminder. Adobe Sign gives a unique ID for each agreement. Allowed Values: An agreement ID from Adobe Sign.
