• Document Repositories in Modern Add an App Experience is available in these releases:
  • AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 1 or higher.

Good to Know

• The information in this section applies to document repositories for the File Upload form control.

  To create a document repository for a process activity, refer to Process Activities.

• This screen may look different in different places. The UI varies for this screen depending upon how you open it. However, the fields for this screen are the same in all places.

Process-Based App, Modern Add an App Experience

Create a document repository for a process-based app in the Modern Add an App Experience.

1. In App Builder, in the Modern Add an App Experience, create a process-based app.

   For more information, refer to:

   • Process-Based App with an Existing Entity in AgilePoint NX Data Entities as the Data Source (Modern)
   • Process-Based App with Database as the Data Source (Modern)
   • Process-Based App with Salesforce as the Data Source (Modern)
   • Process-Based App with SharePoint as the Data Source (Modern)
   • Process-Based App with Microsoft Excel Table as the Data Source (Modern)
2. On the Anything else right now? screen, in the Document Repositories field, click Create.

   
   
   

3. On the Where do you keep the files for your app? screen, select Box.

   
   
   

4. Click Next.

Form-Based App, Modern Add an App Experience

Create a document repository for a form-based app in the Modern Add an App Experience.

1. In App Builder, in the Modern Add an App Experience, create a form-based app.

App Explorer

Create document repository to use in any File Upload form control in a specified app.

2. In the Application Explorer, click [App Name] > Processes > [Process Name] > Document Repository.

   
   
   

3. Click New.

   
   
   

4. On the Choose Document Repository screen, select Box.

   
   
   

5. Click Next.

1. On the File Upload form control configuration screen, on the Configure tab, click Add Repository.
