How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.


    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Trello tab.

  3. On the Trello tab, drag the Create Board activity onto your process.

A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

Team

Function:
Specifies the team for which to create the new board.
Accepted Values:
A valid team name in Trello.

Board Name

Function:
Specifies the name for the board to create.
Accepted Values:
A valid board name in Trello.

Permission Level

Function:
Specifies the permission levels for the board.
Accepted Values:
  • Org - Specifies that the board is visible only to the members of team or organization.
  • Private - Specifies that the board is private and only people added to the board can view and edit it.
  • Public - Specifies that the board is public and it is visible to anyone with the link and will show up in search engines. Only people added to the board can edit it.

Invitation

Function:
Specifies the type of members that can invite users to join the board.
Accepted Values:
  • Admins
  • Members
Default Value:
None

Voting Permission

Function:
Specifies who can vote on the board.
Accepted Values:
  • Disabled - No one is allowed to vote.
  • Members - Allow admins and normal members to vote.
  • Observers - Allow admins, normal members, and observers to vote.
  • Org - Allow admins, normal members, observers, and team members to comment.
  • Public - Allow any Trello member to comment. This option is only available for public boards.

Comment Permission

Function:
Specifies who can put comments on the cards on a board
Accepted Values:
  • Disabled - No one is allowed to comment.
  • Members - Allow admins and normal members to comment.
  • Observers - Allow admins, normal members, and observers to comment.
  • Org - Allow admins, normal members, observers, and team members to comment.
  • Public - Allow any Trello member to comment. This option is only available for public boards.

Background Color

Function:
Specifies the custom background color.
Accepted Values:
  • A color from the list
  • An HTML color code

Card Aging Type

Function:
Specifies the type of card aging for the board, if applicable.
Accepted Values:

Use Default Label

Function:
Specifies whether to use the default set of labels for the board.
Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Uses the default set of labels for the board.
  • Deselected - Lets you use custom labels for the board.

Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Uses the default set of lists for the board.

Accepted Values:
  • Selected - Users can join a board with no invitation.
  • Deselected - Users must have an invitation to join a board.

  • Selected - Card covers are activated.
