Create User (Zendesk) activity

An activity that creates a user in Zendesk.

To configure the Create User activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Zendesk tab.
  2. On the Zendesk tab, drag the Create User activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Specifies the basic settings for the Create User activity.

Store the Response in this Variable	Function: Specifies the process data variable that stores an information about the user from the Zendesk. To Open this Field: Click the Response tab. Accepted Values: A process data variable that accepts an alphanumeric string in JSON format. Note: In most cases, AgilePoint recommends the Map Response to AgilePoint Schema option. Only get the raw JSON string if you need this data for custom coding. Source Repository

Specifies the original, or source, location type for your user profile image files.
