Upsert Multiple Records activity

An activity that creates or changes one or more records, if they exist, in an AgilePoint NX entity. AgilePoint NX recommends to use Upsert Multiple Records as an alternative to Create Record so you do not create duplicate records.

How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the AgilePoint Data Entities AgilePoint Data Entity icon tab.
      2. On the AgilePoint Data Entities AgilePoint Data Entity icon tab, drag the Upsert Multiple Records Upsert Record icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.
