How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

    • Add an activity:
      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab.
      2. On the Exchange Server Exchange Server icon tab, drag the Update Delegate (Exchange Server) Update Delegate icon activity onto your process.
    • Change an activity:
      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Delegate From User Email ID

Function:
Specifies the e-mail address of the delegate user.
Accepted Values:
  • A text string in e-mail address format.
  • Other User Email ID - Specifies an e-mail address of a user that is not specified in the access token, but is within the same Exchange Server domain.
  • Choose from Access Token - Specify the e-mail address of the user account specified in the access token.

    To access this field, click Other User Email ID.

Function:
Specifies a password for the e-mail account of the delegate user.
Accepted Values:
A valid password.
