Configure the Update Meeting activity

To configure the Update Meeting activity, do the procedure in this topic.

To send an e-mail notification, click Advanced > E-mail Notifications .

You can configure whether this activity waits for other activities before it runs.

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
  2. On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Update Meeting activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Microsoft Teams	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Microsoft Teams service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Add Token	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Team	Function: Specifies the team name in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: A team name from the list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Current Title	Function: Specifies the title of the Microsoft Teams meeting to change. Accepted Values: A meeting title from the list. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes

Specifies the information to change the meeting duration in Microsoft Teams.
