An activity that creates a group in Microsoft Teams.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 or higher.

How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams tab.
  2. On the Microsoft Teams tab, drag the Create Group activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Create Group

Specifies information about the group to create in Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your Microsoft Teams service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Add Token	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft Teams Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft Teams.
Group Name	Function: Specifies the name of the group in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: A valid group name in Microsoft Teams. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Group Description	Function: Specifies a text description for the group in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
Mail Alias	Function: Specifies the e-mail address that shows as the sender. To Open this Field: On the Configuration tab, select Create New Team. Accepted Values: A text string in e-mail address format. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Group Type	Function: Specifies the type of group in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: Office 365 group - The group uses Office 365 to manage permissions. Security group - The group uses Microsoft Teams to manage permissions. Default Value: None Accepts Process Data Variables: Yes
Response ID	Function: Specifies a process data variable to store the ID associated with the group in Microsoft Teams. Accepted Values: A process data variable that accepts an alphanumeric string with no spaces or special characters.
