How to Start

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams icon tab.
      2. On the Microsoft Teams Microsoft Teams icon tab, drag the Create Team Create Team icon activity onto your process.

      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Function:
Specifies whether to create a team from an existing Office 365 group or create a new team from external source.
Accepted Values:
  • Create Team From an Existing Office 365 Group - Create a team from an Office 365 group.
  • Create New Team- Creates a new team in Microsoft Teams.

Function:
Specifies the group for which the team is created.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the Configuration tab, select Create Team From an Existing Office 365 Group.
Accepted Values:
A valid group name in Office 365.

Function:
Specifies the name of the team in Microsoft Teams.

Specifies the privacy settings for the team in Microsoft Teams.

Function:
Specifies the e-mail address that shows as the sender.
