How to Start

  1. Click Manage.

    Click Manage
  2. In Manage Center, click Access Control > Users.

    Click Users

Searches the users based on the information you specify.

Add User

Edit User Edit User icon

To Open this Field:
  1. Select the user.

Remove User(s)

Function:
Removes the selected users from the AgilePoint system.
To Open this Field:
  1. Select the user.

Disable User(s)

Function:
Lets you make the AgilePoint NX user inactive.

Filter by Users

Description:
Specifies how to filter the users to show on the Users screen.
Allowed Values:
  • Enabled - Shows the active users on the Users screen.
  • Disabled - Shows the inactive users on the Users screen.
  • All - Shows all the users on the Users screen.
Default Value:
Enabled
