Process Details screen

Shows information about a process in Modern Work Center.

Background and Setup

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

How to Start

Click Work Center.
In the left pane, click Inbox > Processes.
On the process list, click Process Details.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Process Instance Name	Description: Shows the process instance name. Allowed Values: Read only.
View Process	Description: Opens the Process Viewer that shows the current status of the process. For more information, refer to Process Viewer screen.
Process Model	Description: Shows the name of the process model. Allowed Values: Read only.
Initiator	Description: Shows the name of the user who started the process. Allowed Values: Read only.
Status	Description: Shows the status of the process. Allowed Values: Read only. The status can be one of these: Running - Specifies that process is running. Completed - Specifies that process is Completed. Suspended - Specifies that process is Suspended. Cancelled - Specifies that process is Cancelled.
Start Date	Description: Shows the date-time the process started. Allowed Values: Read only.
Due Date	Description: Shows the date and time the process is due to complete. Allowed Values: Read only.
Cancellation Reason	Description: Shows information about the cancel action. Allowed Values: Read only. Limitations: This field shows only for the processes that are in Cancelled status. This field is available in these releases: AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud) AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud, or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 or higher
Task	Description: Shows the name of the task. Allowed Values: Read only.
User Name	Description: Shows the name of the user assigned to the task. Allowed Values: Read only.
Status	Description: Shows the status of the task. Allowed Values: Read only. The status can be one of these: New - Specifies a task that is New. Assigned - Specifies a task that is Assigned. Overdue - Specifies a task that is Overdue.
