Background and Setup

App designers can manage and view activity documentation in Process Builder.
Runtime app users can view activity documentation if it is configured to show in Work Center and Manage Center at runtime.

Open the Process Viewer screen.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Viewer screen.
On the Process Viewer screen, click any activity.

Shows the basic information about an activity.

Field Name	Definition
Name	Description: Shows the technical name for the activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Display Name	Description: Shows the display name of the activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Status	Description: Shows the status of the activity. Allowed Values: Read only
Start Date	Description: Shows the date and time the activity started. Allowed Values: Read only.
Due Date	Description: Shows the date and time the activity is due to complete. Allowed Values: Read only.
Completed Date	Description: Shows the date and time the activity was Completed. Allowed Values: Read only.

Shows information about the sessions for an activity.

Field Name	Definition
Search By User Name	Function: Does a search of the sessions based on the user name.
Activity Name	Description: Shows the display name of the activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Status	Description: Shows the status of the activity. Allowed Values: Read only
User	Description: Shows the name of the user assigned to the activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Start Date	Description: Shows the date and time the activity started. Allowed Values: Read only.
End Date	Description: Shows the date and time the activity was Completed. Allowed Values: Read only.
Session	Description: Shows the number of sessions the activity has completed. Allowed Values: Read only.

Shows information about the participants associated with an activity.

Field Name	Definition
Search By Participant Name	Function: Does a search of the sessions based on the participant name. Limitations: This field is available in these releases: AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud) AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 or higher
User Name	Description: Shows the name of the user assigned to the activity. Allowed Values: Read only.
Status	Description: Shows the status of the activity. Allowed Values: Read only
Session	Description: Shows the number of sessions the activity has completed. Allowed Values: Read only.
Assigned Date	Description: Shows the date and time the activity was Assigned to a participant. Allowed Values: Read only.
Completed Date	Description: Shows the date and time the activity was Completed. Allowed Values: Read only.
Actions	Description: Shows an operation to perform on an assigned activity. Allowed Values: Open Task - Opens the form or view for the selected task. Reassign Task - You or any user from your tenant can reassign the task to a different user.

Shows a list of links for the activity documentation.

Field Name	Definition
Search	Function: Does a search of the links. Limitations: This field is available in these releases: AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud) AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 or higher
Link	Description: Shows the display names for the links for the activity documentation.
Copy Link	Description: Copies the URL.
Open Link	Description: Opens the URL in a new tab.

Shows the attached files for the activity documentation.

Field Name	Definition
Search By File Name	Function: Does a search of the attached files based on the file name. Limitations: This field is available in these releases: AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud) AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 or higher
Display Name	Description: Shows the display names for the attached files for the activity documentation. Allowed Values: Read only.
File Name	Description: Shows the list of attached files for the activity documentation. Allowed Values: Read only.
Download	Description: Downloads the attached file to your local machine.
