  1. Open Process Builder.

    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Zendesk tab.

  3. On the Zendesk tab, drag the Delete Tickets activity onto your process.

Delete Tickets Permanently

Description:
Specifies whether to permanently delete the Zendesk tickets.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - Permanently deletes the tickets in Zendesk.
  • Deselected - Moves the Zendesk tickets to the trash, but does not permanently delete them.
Default Value:
Deselected

Ticket IDs (one or more)

Description:
Specifies one or more ticket IDs to delete from Zendesk.
Allowed Values:
One or more Zendesk ticket IDs, separated by semicolons (;).
