To configure the Post Chat Message activity, do the procedure in this topic.

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Slack tab.

  3. On the Slack tab, drag the Post Chat Message activity onto your process.

  • Deselected - Sends the message from a bot. The image icon comes from your custom integration or Slack application.
