How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Slack tab.
On the Slack tab, drag the Delete Chat activity onto your process.

Delete Chat Configuration

Specifies a channel that contains the message to be deleted.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Slack Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Slack.
Use Bot Access Token	Description: Specifies whether to use a bot access token that connects to your Slack service. Allowed Values: Selected - Uses a bot access token to connect to your Slack service. Deselected - Uses a Slack application or custom integration access token to connect to your Slack service. Default Value: Deselected Accepts Variables: Yes
Public	Description: Specifies if the channel is open to all users. Allowed Values: Selected - The channel for conversations that are open to all Slack users to see and join the channel. Deselected - The channel is private or direct message. Default Value: Selected Accepts Variables: No
Private	Description: Specifies if the channel is used for topics that are sensitive or confidential, or limited to a small group of users. Allowed Values: Selected - The channel members can see the content of this channel. Deselected - The channel is public or direct message. Default Value: Deselected Accepts Variables: No
User	Description: Specifies to delete a direct message from a Slack user, instead of a channel. Allowed Values: Selected - Deletes the direct message of a Slack user. Deselected - Deletes the message from private or public channel. Default Value: Deselected Accepts Variables: No
Channel	Description: Specifies the name of the channel or a process data variable that contains the channel ID. Allowed Values: A channel name from the list.
