Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 Software Update 1 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Monday tab.
On the Monday tab, drag the Create Board activity onto your process.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Monday Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Monday.
Workspace Name Or ID	Description: Specifies the name or ID of the workspace in which to create the board. Allowed Values: A workspace name from the list. When you select the access token from the Monday field, this field shows the workspace names associated with the access token. An integer that represents a workspace ID. The workspace ID comes from Monday. Private - Only specified Monday users can access the board. Shareable - External users who do not have a Monday account can access the board. Owner Email Or ID	Description: Specifies one or more email addresses or user IDs for the Monday users to assign as the board owner. Allowed Values: One or more user IDs or email addresses, separated by semicolons (;). The email addresses or user IDs must be associated with Monday users.
