Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 Software Update 1 or higher.

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Planner tab.
On the Microsoft Planner tab, drag the Update Plan activity onto your process.

Specifies the information to change a plan in Microsoft Planner.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Microsoft 365 Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Microsoft 365. Example: Refer to: (External) AgilePoint NX Connector For Microsoft Planner.
Plan ID	Description: Specifies the ID of the plan to change. The plan ID comes from Microsoft Planner. Allowed Values: A plan ID from Microsoft Planner. When you select the access token from the Microsoft Planner field, this field shows the user names associated with the access token. A list of email addresses, separated by semicolons (;).
