How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Planner tab.

  3. On the Microsoft Planner tab, drag the Update Plan activity onto your process.

Shared User Email

Description:
Specifies the user name or email address of the user to add to the Microsoft Planner plan.
Allowed Values:
  • An user name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Microsoft Planner field, this field shows the user names associated with the access token.

  • A list of email addresses, separated by semicolons (;).

    The email addresses must be associated with Microsoft Planner users.
