How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Asana tab.

  3. On the Asana tab, drag the Get User activity onto your process.

A list of access tokens configured for your environment.

Workspace Name Or ID

Description:
Specifies the name or ID of the workspace from which to retrieve information about the Asana user.
Allowed Values:
  • A workspace name from the list.

    When you select the access token from the Asana field, this field shows the workspace names associated with the access token.

  • An integer that represents a workspace ID.

    The workspace ID comes from Asana.

Map Response To App Schema

Description:
Maps information about the user from the Asana data model to your process schema.
Allowed Values:
Click the Schema Mapping Schema Mapping icon button to open the Schema Mapper.
