Outbox screen (Mobile App)

Shows a list of eForms and tasks that are not synchronized with the AgilePoint NX system. This can include forms that are submitted in offline mode. These forms are usually synchronized with the AgilePoint NX system once the mobile app connects to AgilePoint Server.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.
AgilePoint NX Mobile App is supported in AgilePoint NX OnPremises or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud v7.x, but it does not support features from Modern Work Center, such as Planner and Watchlist.

This topic applies to AgilePoint NX Mobile App version 3.0 or higher.

How to Start

On the Home screen, tap Outbox.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Sync Now	Function: Synchronizes the forms with the AgilePoint NX system. If the Last Sync date shows in red, the forms are not synchronized, and the form data is only stored on the mobile device.

Last Sync	Function: Shows the date and time the offline mobile eForm was last synchronized. Example: Refer to: (Example) Offline Mobile eForms in a Process-Based App (Example) Offline Mobile eForms in a Form-Based App
Details	Function: Shows information about the task, such as App Name, Process Name, and Last Sync.
menu icon	Opens this Screen: Sidebar Menu (Mobile App) Function: Shows the main menu for the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.
