Delegations screen (Mobile App)

Function:

Shows the name of the first user to whom the task was assigned.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

To

Function:

Shows the user name to whom to temporarily reassign a task when the assigned participant is not available.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Status

Function:

Shows the status of the delegation.

Accepted Values:

The status can be one of these

• Ongoing - Specifies the delegation is running.
• Upcoming - Specifies the delegation is active, but not started.
• Not Activated - Specifies the delegation is not active.
• Completed - Specifies the delegation is completed.
• Cancelled - Specifies the delegation is cancelled.

Show All

Function:

Specifies whether to show both active and inactive delegations.

Accepted Values:

• On - Shows both active and inactive delegations.
• Off - Shows only active delegations.

Default Value:

Deselected

Opens this Screen:

Function:

Creates a delegation in the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.

Delete Delegation

Function:

Deletes the selected delegation.

To Open this Field:

1. On the Delegations screen, swipe right on the task.

Cancel Delegation

Function:

Cancels the delegation.

To Open this Field:

1. On the Delegations screen, swipe left on the task.

Function:

Makes the cancelled delegation active.

To Open this Field:

1. On the Delegations screen, swipe left on the task.
