Task Summary

Function:

Shows a summary of tasks that are assigned to you.

Accepted Values:

• Overdue - Shows the total number of tasks that are Overdue.
• Assigned - Shows the total number of tasks that are Assigned.
• New - Shows the total number of tasks that are New.

Shortcuts

Function:

Shows a summary of your planner and watchlist for easy access.

Accepted Values:

• Today's Tasks - Shows the total number of tasks or appointments added to your planner for the present day.
• Watchlist - Shows the total number of running processes on your watchlist.

Frequently Used Apps

Function:

Shows a list of most used apps.

My Apps

Opens this Screen:

My Apps screen (Mobile App)

Function:

Shows a list of apps that are published for your use. You can click any app name to start a new instance in the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.

Lets you view and manage items for your team, such as tasks and delegations in the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.

Outbox

Opens this Screen:

Outbox screen (Mobile App)

Function:

Shows a list of eForms and tasks that are not synchronized with the AgilePoint NX system. This can include forms that are submitted in offline mode
