Process Instance Name

Function:

Shows the process instance name.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Started Date

Function:

Shows the date-time the process started.

Accepted Values:

Read only.

Function:

Opens the Process Viewer that shows the current status of the process.

To Open this Field:

1. On the Processes I Started screen, swipe left on the process.

Function:

Shows an eForm you specify with the current data from the process instance.

To Open this Field:

1. On the Processes I Started screen, swipe left on the process.

Cancel Process

Function:

Cancels the selected processes, or the processes associated with the selected tasks.

To Open this Field:

1. On the Processes I Started screen, swipe left on the process.
2. Click Ellipses (...).

Add To Watchlist

Function:

Adds a selected process to your watchlist.

To Open this Field:

1. On the Processes I Started screen, swipe left on the process.
2. Click Ellipses (...).

Clone Request

Function:

Opens an eForm with the data specified from the selected process instance to start a new process instance.
