Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. Click App Builder.

    Build Apps screen
  2. On the App Explorer screen, click Data Entities.

    Click Data Entities Screen
  3. On the Data Entities Home screen, click Picklists.

    Click Picklists screen
  4. On the Picklists screen, click a picklist.

    Click Picklist
  5. On the right side of the screen, click the Ellipses (...) > Clone Picklist.

    Click Clone Picklist

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Picklist Name
Function:
Shows the name of the picklist to clone.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Cloned Picklist Display Name
Function:
Specifies the name for the picklist clone that shows in AgilePint NX.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.
Default Value:
None

Cloned Picklist Internal Name
Function:
Specifies a unique name for the picklist clone.

This value can not be changed.

Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.
Default Value:
None

Cloned Picklist Description
Function:
Specifies an optional description for the picklist clone.
Accepted Values:
One line of text that can have spaces.
Default Value:
None

Clone Clone icon
Function:
Creates a new picklist that is a copy of an existing picklist.
