Type CONFIRM To... screen

Executes a specified action when you type the word "CONFIRM" in English, in all capital letters.

Background and Setup

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.
For Page Builder screens:
- Restore NX Portal Menu:
  - You must be a member of the Page Owners or Page Designers permission group.
    For more information, refer to Page Builder Permissions Overview.
  - Configure a custom menu as a Portal menu.
- Reset Sample Pages:
  - You must be a member of the Page Owners or Page Designers permission group.
    For more information, refer to Page Builder Permissions Overview.
- Set As Portal Menu:
  - You must be a member of the Page Owners or Page Designers permission group.
    For more information, refer to Page Builder Permissions Overview.
- Empty Trash:
  - You must be a member of the Page Owners or Page Designers permission group.
    For more information, refer to Page Builder Permissions Overview.
  - On the Page Builder Settings screen, turn on Allow To Delete Pages.
- Delete Page:
  - You must be a member of the Page Owners or Page Designers permission group.
    For more information, refer to Page Builder Permissions Overview.
  - On the Page Builder Settings screen, turn on Allow To Delete Pages.
  - AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.
- Delete Folder:
  - You must be a member of the Page Owners or Page Designers permission group.
    For more information, refer to Page Builder Permissions Overview.
  - On the Page Builder Settings screen, turn on Allow To Delete Pages.
  - AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.
- Reset Home Page:
  - Configure a custom page or example page as the Portal home page.

How to Start

Reset Home Page

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the Portal Home Page section, click Reset.

Restore NX Portal Menu

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the Portal Menu section, click Restore NX Portal Menu.

Reset Sample Pages

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Page Designer.
Click Sample Pages.
Click Reset Sample Pages.

Move To Trash

Open the Custom Page Design screen.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Custom Page Design screen.
On the right side of a page, click Ellipses (...) > Move To Trash.

Set As Home Page

Open the Custom Page Design screen.

On the Custom Page Design screen, click Set as Home Page.

Undo Check Out

Open the Custom Page Design screen.

On the Custom Page Design screen, click Undo Check Out.

Set As Portal Menu

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Portal Menu Designer.
On the Portal Menu Settings screen, click Set As Portal Menu.

Empty Trash

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Trash.
Click Empty Trash.

Restore Page

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Trash.
Select a page.
Click Restore Page.

Restore Folder

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Trash.
Select a folder.

Delete CSS File

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Library.
In the left pane, click CSS.
On the CSS screen, click your CSS file.
On the Custom CSS screen, click Delete CSS File.

Delete Image File

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Library.
In the left pane, click Images.
On the Images screen, click your image file.
On the Custom Image screen, click Delete Image File.

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Library.
In the left pane, click JavaScript.
On the JavaScript screen, click your JavaScript file.

Delete Menu

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Library.
In the left pane, click Menu.
On the Menu screen, click your menu file.
On the Custom Menu screen, click Delete Menu.

Click Page Builder.
On the Home screen, in the left pane, click Trash.
Select a page.
Click Delete Page.

Click App Builder.
On the App Explorer screen, click Data Entities.
On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities.
On the Entities screen, on the right side of the screen, click Ellipses (...) > Delete Entities.

Click App Builder.
On the App Explorer screen, click Data Entities.
On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities.
On the Entities screen, click an entity.
Click the Details tab.
On the Details tab, click Delete Entity.

Click App Builder.
On the App Explorer screen, click Data Entities.
On the Data Entities Home screen, click Entities.
On the Entities screen, click an entity.
On the Entity screen > Fields tab, click Ellipses (...) > Delete.

On the right side of the screen, click Ellipses (...) > Delete Picklists.

Click Ellipses (...) > Delete.
