How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Dynamics CRM tab.
  2. On the Dynamics CRM tab, drag the Change Ownership (Dynamics CRM) activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Owner Type	Function: Specifies the type of ownership for the entity. The type of ownership specifies some of the operations that you can do on a record. Accepted Values: Team User Default Value: None. When Dynamics CRM is selected, the field shows the list of Dynamics CRM user names. Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Owner Names	Function: Specifies the name of the owner of the entity. Accepted Values: A valid owner name. Default Value: None. When Dynamics CRM is selected, the field shows the list of Dynamics CRM user names. Accepts Process Data Variables: No
Owner ID	Function: Specifies an ID of the owner supplied by Dynamics CRM. Accepted Values: A valid owner ID. Default Value: None Once you select the owner name, the correct ID is populated in the field.
