Select Authentication Providers for Your Mobile App

Description:

Shows the authentication types your custom mobile app environment can use.

The authentication types can change based on the AgilePoint NX configuration.

For information about configuring the authentication providers, refer to Authentication.

Allowed Values:

These authentication types are available in AgilePoint NX OnDemand, AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud, or AgilePoint NX OnPremises:

• AgilePoint ID
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory / Microsoft 365
• Microsoft Azure Active Directory / Microsoft 365 (China)
• Google Workspace
• Salesforce

These authentication types are available in AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises only:

• Amazon Cognito
• IdentityServer
• Okta
• PingFederate

Default Value:

AgilePoint ID

Limitations:

• Amazon Cognito authentication is available in these releases:

  • AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 1 or higher

• Okta and IdentityServer authentication are available in these releases:

  • AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 1 or higher

• PingFederate authentication is available in these releases:

  • AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 2 or higher

Server Instance URL (REST)

Description:

Specifies the REST AgilePoint Service URL for your tenant.

For more information, refer to Find Your AgilePoint Service URL in AgilePoint NX.

Allowed Values:

A valid AgilePoint service URL.
