Configure the Send WhatsApp Message activity

To configure the Send WhatsApp Message activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Twilio tab.
On the Twilio tab, drag the Send WhatsApp Message activity onto your process.

Specifies one or more users to whom to send the WhatsApp message through Twilio.

Field Name	Definition
Twilio	Description: Specifies the access token that connects to your Twilio service. Allowed Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Twilio Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Twilio.
Mobile Number	Description: Specifies the mobile numbers of one or more users to whom to send the WhatsApp message. Allowed Values: The mobile numbers of the users separated by semicolons (;) in this format: +[country code][Mobile number] Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes Example: +919036725620 - In this example, + is prefix for country code, 91 is country code, and 9036725620 is the mobile number.
AgilePoint User Name	Description: Specifies one or more AgilePoint NX user names to whom to send the WhatsApp message. Allowed Values: The name of the users separated by semicolons in this format: [domain name]\[user name] Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes Example: MYDOMAIN\JANEDOE

Message Body	Description: Specifies the content of your WhatsApp message. To Open this Field: On the Send WhatsApp Message Configuration screen, click Text Message Body. Allowed Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None Accepts Variables: Yes
Media URL	Description: Specifies the absolute URL of a document, an image, or an audio file. To Open this Field: On the Send WhatsApp Message Configuration screen, click Media URL. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string) in URL format that points to a document, an image, or an audio file.
