How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the ServiceNow tab.
On the ServiceNow tab, drag the Query Multiple Records activity onto your process.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for ServiceNow Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to ServiceNow. Example: Refer to: (Example) How to Get the Access Token Credentials from ServiceNow
Table Name	Description: Specifies the name of the table from which to retrieve one or more records. Allowed Values: A table name from the list. When you select the access token from the ServiceNow field, this field shows the table names associated with the access token. Store the Response In This Variable / Map Response to Application Schema	Description: Specifies where to store the response from ServiceNow. Allowed Values: Store the Response In This Variable – Select this option if you expect ServiceNow to return only one data item. In the text field, specify a variable to store the data ServiceNow returns. Map Response to Application Schema – Select this option if you expect ServiceNow to return more than one data item. Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper. Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process.
