In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the ServiceNow tab.
On the ServiceNow tab, drag the Create Record activity onto your process.

Table Name	Description: Specifies the name of the table where you want to create a record. Allowed Values: A table name from the list. When you select the access token from the ServiceNow field, this field shows the table names associated with the access token.
