How to Start

  1. Open Process Builder.

    For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.


    Open Process Builder
  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Power Automate tab.

  3. On the Power Automate tab, drag the Trigger Flow activity onto your process.

A Power Automate flow name from the list.

Request Mapping

Description:
Connects the Microsoft Power Automate flow request data to your process schema.
Allowed Values:
Click the Schema Mapping Schema Mapping icon button to open the Schema Mapper screen.

Use this screen to connect the request to the data model for your process.

Wait for the Flow to be Completed

Description:
Specifies whether the Trigger Flow activity waits for the Power Automate flow to complete.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - The Trigger Flow activity waits for the Power Automate flow to complete, and then it continues once the flow is complete.
  • Deselected - The Trigger Flow activity starts the Power Automate flow, and it does not wait for the flow to complete.
