Unsubscribe Contact activity

An activity that unsubscribes a contact from an audience in Mailchimp.

Configure the Unsubscribe Contact activity

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

To send an email notification, click Advanced > Email Notifications .

How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Mailchimp tab.
On the Mailchimp tab, drag the Unsubscribe Contact activity onto your process.

Unsubscribe Contact Configuration

Specifies the information to unsubscribe a contact from an audience in Mailchimp.

Mailchimp	Description: Specifies the access token that connects to your Mailchimp service. Allowed Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Mailchimp Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Mailchimp.
Audience Name	Description: Specifies the name of the audience from which to unsubscribe the specified contact. Allowed Values: An audience name from the list. When you select the access token from the Mailchimp field, this field shows the audience names associated with the access token.
