Process Instance Notification screen

Sends an email notification when an event occurs in a process instance — for example, when a process instance is suspended or cancelled.

Prerequisites

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, click Misc > Process Instance Notification.

Field Name	Definition
Process Started	Description: Specifies the name of an email template used to send an email notification when a process instance starts.
Suspend	Description: Specifies the name of an email template used to send an email notification when a process instance is suspended.
Cancelled	Description: Specifies the name of an email template used to send an email notification when a process instance is cancelled.
Completion	Description: Specifies the name of an email template used to send an email notification when a process instance is completed.
Email Template list	Description: Identifies the email template to use for the specified notification type — for example, for reminders or task completion. The text above this list varies, depending upon the context. Allowed Values: A list of email templates in the AgilePoint NX tenant. Default Value: None
Create	Opens this Screen: Email Template Configuration screen (Email Notifications) Function of this Screen: Configures the email template for an email notification.
Edit	Function: Changes the content for the selected email template. To Open this Field: In the Email Template List field, select a template.
Email Template Preview	Description: Shows a preview of the selected email template. Allowed Values: Read only.
