Prerequisites

• A process-based app.
• Before you can select an email template, you must create one.

  For more information, refer to Email Template Configuration screen.

• AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v9.0 Software Update 1 or higher.

How to Start

1. Open Process Builder.

   For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.

   
   
   

2. In Process Builder, click Misc > Process Instance Notification.
