AgilePoint Multi-Tenant Configuration screen - Tenant Configuration tab

Specifies the setup for tenants, or database instances to associate with your AgilePoint Server.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnPremises or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud.

Good to Know

The APADM command line tool supports multi-tenant environments in these releases:
- AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX Private Cloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 2 or higher

How to Start

On the AgilePoint Server machine, in Windows Explorer, right-click the file (AgilePoint Server installation folder) C:\Program Files\AgilePoint\AgilePoint Server\WCFConfigurationUtility.exe, and click Run as Administrator.
On the AgilePoint Server Manager screen, in the left pane, select your AgilePoint Server instance.
Click Open Server Configuration .
On the AgilePoint Server Configuration screen, click Multi-Tenant Configuration.
On the Mult-Tenant Configuration screen, click the Tenant Configuration tab.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Enable Tenant	Function: Specifies whether to enable the selected tenant. Accepted Values: Selected - Enables the selected tenant. Deselected - Disables the selected tenant. Default Value: Selected
Name	Function: Specifies unique name of tenant. Accepted Values: One line of text (a string). Default Value: None
Description	Function: Specifies a description of the tenant. Accepted Values: More than one line of text. Default Value: None
Tenant Administrator	Function: Specifies the user name for the tenant administrator. Accepted Values: A valid user name in the format [domain]\[user name]. Default Value: None Example: demo3\tenantadmin.
Tenant Admin Email	Function: The tenant administrator's email address to which notification to be send. Accepted Values: A valid email address. Default Value: None
Tenant Database Tab	Function: Specifies the connection to the database to store workflow data for your tenant.
Tenant Archive Database Tab	Function: Specifies the connection to the archive database for your tenant, where AgilePoint stores backup of the workflow data and archived process data.
Configure ()	Opens this Screen: Connection String Builder screen Function of this Screen: Sets up a connection string to a workflow database or archive database for your tenant.
Add ()	Function: Adds new tenant.
Remove ()	Function: Deletes the selected tenant from the tenant list.
Validate	Function: Validates the selected database connection string.
Update	Function: Saves your tenant settings.
Print	Function: Displays the AgilePoint multi-tenant license information and tenant information.
Tenant Identifier Configuration Tab	Opens this Screen: AgilePoint Multi-Tenant Configuration screen - Tenant Identifier Configuration tab Function of this Screen: Sets the Tenant Identifier assembly to determine which tenant the user belongs to based on a user name, e-mail address, or mobile number stored in the AgilePoint database.
