Lets you choose the layout for your form.

How to Start

  1. In the Application Explorer, in the My Applications pane, select an application, and click Show All Files Show All Files icon.
  2. Expand [Application Name] > Processes > [Process Name].
  3. Do one of these:
    • Expand Forms.
      1. Click Task Forms.
      2. In the right pane, click New New icon.
    • In the content pane, double-click Process Model.
      1. Double-click your process.
      2. Click Forms Forms icon
      3. On the eForms screen, in the Task Forms, click Add Add icon.
  4. Click Next.

Function:
Lets you choose a form layout to create a new form.
Accepted Values:
  • Blank Form - Lets you create a new form using blank form layout.
  • Existing Form - Lets you create a new form using the form that is available in your application.
