Common Dialog

An AgileWork that creates a dialog box form in SharePoint.

The most common use for this AgileShape is creating simple input or approval forms. Once you have created a Common Dialog and deployed your process, the dialog displays to a user when he or she clicks a task in SharePoint. The following image shows an approval form using a Common Dialog.

Good to Know

For the Work to Perform property, Approve, Publish, or Submit are not valid values for this AgileWork. These are reserved values.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
On the SharePoint stencil, drag the Common Dialog AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.

Configuration	Opens the Following Window: Customize Common Dialog Interface Window - General Tab - Sets up a dialog box to display in SharePoint. Customize Common Dialog Interface Window - Data Configuration Tab - Opens the Data Configuration tab, where you can define the fields for a common dialog form.
