Opens the Data Configuration tab, where you can define the
fields for a common dialog form.
Navigation
- In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
- Navigate to the SharePoint stencil.
- On the SharePoint stencil, drag the
Common Dialog AgileShape, and drop it on the process template.
- To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
- On the Configuration field, click the Ellipses button.

Schema

- Definition:
- Displays the schema for the current process in the left pane.
Note: You must drag and drop schema fields to the right pane to add them to
the dialog box.
- Allowed Values:
- Read only.

Name
|
- Definition:
- Specifies the name of the field as it appears in the schema.
- Allowed Values:
- Read only.
However, using the > (Data Binding) button, you can modify the data binding for the field.

Label
|
- Definition:
- Specifies the name to be displayed for the schema field in the dialog box.
- Allowed Values:
- A text string.
Note: By default, the Label is the same as the schema field name, however you can change the value for the Label.
- Default Value:
- Populated when you drag and drop the schema field to the right pane.
- Custom Attributes:
- No

ReadOnly
|
- Definition:
- Specifies whether the field accepts user input at runtime.
- Allowed Values:
- Deselected - A user can enter a value for the field.
- Selected - A user cannot enter a value for the field. The field is displayed as read-only in the dialog box.
- Default Value:
- Deselected

- Definition:
- Specifies the type of input field to be displayed on the dialog box.
- Allowed Values:
- Static Text
- Single Line of Text
- Multiple Lines of Text
- Check Box
- Radio Buttons
- Radio Button Pair

- Default Value:
- Populated when you drag and drop the schema field to the right pane.
