Attaching Files to Activities at Runtime

You an attach one or more files from a process repository to an activity at runtime, so that if a participant or administrator clicks the activity in the Process Viewer, The file title is displayed with a hyperlink to the file.

To attach a file to an activity, do the following.

Prerequisites

Set up an AgilePoint process repository in SharePoint.

Navigation

In AgilePoint Envision, open a process template.
Drag any AgileShape, and drop it on the process model.
To view the entire list of properties, in the Design Tasks pane, click Show Properties.
On the Configure Attachments field, click the Ellipses button.

Instructions

On the Configure Attachments Window, click Add.
On the Get SharePoint Document Library Window, enter the SharePoint Server URL for the SharePoint site where your file attachment resides.
Modify the authentication information as required.
Click Get Document Libraries.
In the Document Library list, select the library where your file attachment resides.
In the Select a document list, select your file.
