Troubleshooting Upgrade Installer
To resolve issues you encounter during the preinstallation checks for the Upgrade installer, do the procedures in this topic.

Sign in to this machine as a user with administrator privileges. |
Logon as a Service permission is enabled |

Node.js can communicate through the Windows Defender firewall |
