Create a Shared Variable

Prerequisites

• These access rights:
  • Enable Manage Center Access
  • Create, Update, and Remove shared variables

How to Start

1. Click Manage.

   
   
   

1. In Manage Center, click App Builder > Shared Variables.

   
   
   

2. On the Shared Variables screen, click Add.

   
   
   

3. On the Add Variable screen, in the Name field, enter the reference name of the variable.

   
   
   

4. In theType field, select the data type for the shared variable.

   
   
   

5. In the Value field, enter the initial value for the global variable when the process runs.

   
   
   

6. Click Add.
