Add Delegations screen (Classic, SharePoint On-Premises)

Creates a delegation in the Classic Work Center view for SharePoint on-premises.

Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. In On-premises SharePoint, on the SharePoint site, click AgilePoint Dashboard.

    Click AgilePoint Dashboard
  2. On the AgilePoint Dashboard screen, click Delegations.

    Click Delegations
  3. On the Delegations tab, click Add Delegation.

    Click Add Delegation

Opens this Screen:
Specifies the user name to whom the task was first assigned.
Allowed Values:
A valid user name.

Delegated To

Description:
Specifies a participant to whom to temporarily reassign a task when the assigned participant is not available.
Allowed Values:
A valid participant name.
Default Value:
None

Description

Description:
A description of the delegation.
Allowed Values:
More than one line of text.
Default Value:

From

Description:
Specifies the date the delegation starts.
Allowed Values:
A valid date in the format [mm dd, yyyy].
Default Value:
None

To

Description:
Specifies the date the delegation stops.
Allowed Values:
A valid date in the format [mm dd, yyyy].
Default Value:
None

What days will the delegation apply?

Description:
Specifies if the delegation applies to the full range or specified days.
Allowed Values:
  • Full Range - Specifies the delegation for all days.
  • Specific Days - Specifies the days the delegation takes effect.
Default Value:
Full Range

Activate Delegation

Description:
Specifies whether a delegation is active.
Allowed Values:
  • Selected - The delegation is active.
  • Deselected - The delegation is not active.
