Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v8.0 or higher.
AgilePoint NX Mobile App is supported in AgilePoint NX OnPremises or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud v7.x, but it does not support features from Modern Work Center, such as Planner and Watchlist.

This topic applies to AgilePoint NX Mobile App version 3.0 or higher.

Sign in to AgilePoint NX Mobile App.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
Task Summary	Description: Shows a summary of tasks that are assigned to you. Allowed Values: Overdue - Shows the total number of tasks that are Overdue. Assigned - Shows the total number of tasks that are Assigned. New - Shows the total number of tasks that are New.
Shortcuts	Description: Shows a summary of your planner and watchlist for easy access. Allowed Values: Today's Tasks - Shows the total number of tasks or appointments added to your planner for the present day. Watchlist - Shows the total number of running processes on your watchlist.
Frequently Used Apps	Description: Shows a list of most used apps.
My Apps	Opens this Screen: My Apps screen (Mobile App) Function: Shows a list of apps that are published for your use. You can click any app name to start a new instance in the AgilePoint NX Mobile App. Example: Refer to: (Example) Offline Mobile eForms in a Process-Based App (Example) Offline Mobile eForms in a Form-Based App
My Tasks	Opens this Screen: My Tasks screen (Mobile App) Function: Lets you view and manage the tasks that are assigned to you in the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.
My Team	Opens this Screen: My Team screen (Mobile App) Function: Lets you view and manage items for your team, such as tasks and delegations in the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.
Outbox	Opens this Screen: Outbox screen (Mobile App) Function: Shows a list of eForms and tasks that are not synchronized with the AgilePoint NX system. menu icon	Opens this Screen: Sidebar Menu (Mobile App) Function: Shows the main menu for the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.
