My Planned Tasks screen (Mobile App)

Shows a list of tasks or appointments added to your planner for a specified date. By default, this screen shows the tasks or appointments for the present day.

How to Start

  1. On the Home screen, tap the menu icon Sidebar Menu icon.

    Tap Sidebar Menu
  2. On the sidebar menu, tap My Planned Tasks.

Fields

Field NameDefinition

Task Name
Description:
Shows the name of the task on your planner.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Scheduled Date
Description:
Specifies the date and time to complete the task.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

Task Type
Description:
Shows the type of item on your planner.
Allowed Values:
Read only.

The item can be one of these types:

  • Task - Specifies a task is added to your planner.
  • App - Specifies an app is added to your planner.
  • Note To Self - Specifies a note to self is added to your planner.

Select Date (Select Date icon)
Description:
Specifies the date to show the tasks in your planner.
Allowed Values:
A date from the calendar.
Default Value:
None

Opens this Screen:
Add Task To Planner screen (Mobile App)
Function:
Adds a task or app to your planner in the AgilePoint NX Mobile App.
Open Task Open Task icon
Description:
Opens the form in a new tab.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Planned Tasks screen, swipe left on the task.
Marked as completed Marked As Completed icon
Description:
Marks the task as Completed and deletes it from the planner.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Planned Tasks screen, swipe left on the task.
Delete Delete icon
Description:
Deletes the task from the planner.
To Open this Field:
  1. On the My Planned Tasks screen, swipe right on your task.
