How to Start

Open Process Builder.
For information about how to open this screen, refer to Process Builder.
In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Zoho CRM tab.
On the Zoho CRM tab, drag the Update Multiple Records activity onto your process.

Create	Opens this Screen: Access Token for Zoho CRM Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to Zoho CRM.
Entity Name	Description: Specifies the name for your entity. Allowed Values: One line of text (a string). Accepted: Letters Numbers Spaces Default Value: None When you select the Zoho CRM access token, the name of the entity shows in the Entity Name field. Accepts Variables: No
Record IDs	Description: Specifies the Zoho CRM entity ID. Allowed Values: A valid Zoho CRM entity ID. This is mandatory only if the request passes data from the process schema to parameters in the Zoho CRM API. To Open this Field: On the Create Entity Configuration screen, click the Request tab. Allowed Values: Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper. Use this screen to connect the request to the data model for your process. Map Response	Description: Specifies the connection from the Zoho CRM API response parameter to your process schema. To Open this Field: On the Create Entity Configuration screen, click the Response tab. Allowed Values: Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper screen.
