  1. Open Process Builder.

  2. In Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Microsoft Dataverse tab.

  3. On the Microsoft Dataverse tab, drag the Query Multiple Records activity onto your process.

Description:
Specifies the name of an entity from which to retrieve records.

An entity name from the list.

When you select the access token from the Microsoft Dataverse field, this field shows the entity names associated with the access token.

Configures the condition to use in your query to filter records.

Creates a condition row.

Function:
Creates a new conditional expression group.

Function:
Deletes the condition row.

Select Nest Type

Function:
Specifies the use of logical AND and OR operators to nest conditions to filter the record.

You must set the condition first, before you specify the nest type.

Allowed Values:
  • And - Specifies the logical AND operator.
  • Or - Specifies the logical OR operator.

Column

Description:
Specifies an entity column to use in your query.
Allowed Values:
An entity column name from the list.
Default Value:
None.

When you select the name of the entity, the list of columns shows in Column field.

Description:
Specifies the operator to use in your query.

Store the Response in This Variable / Map Response to Application Schema

Description:
Specifies where to store the response from Microsoft Dataverse.
Allowed Values:
  • Store the Response in This VariableSelect this option if you expect Commom Data Service to return only one data item.

    In the text field, specify a variable to store the data Commom Data Service returns.

  • Map Response to Application SchemaSelect this option if you expect Commom Data Service to return more than one data item.

    Click the Schema Mapping Schema Mapping icon button to open the Schema Mapper.

    Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process.
