Document Repository for SharePoint

Creates a document repository for SharePoint. You can use this document repository in any File Upload form control in a specified app, and in any process activities that use document repositories.

  • This screen may look different in different places. The UI varies for this screen depending upon how you open it. However, the fields for this screen are the same in all places.

Description:
Specifies the URL for your SharePoint site.

Description:
Specifies the location to upload your file.
Allowed Values:
  • SharePoint List - Lets you specify the name of your SharePoint list and list item ID to upload a file.
  • Document Library - Lets you specify the name of the destination SharePoint document library to upload a file.

Document Library

Description:
Specifies the name of the destination SharePoint document library where you want to copy or move the document set.
Allowed Values:
The name of your SharePoint document library.

Content Type

Description:
Specifies the content type for your document set.
Allowed Values:
A content type from the list.

When you select the library name from the Document Library field, this field shows a list of content types associated with the SharePoint document library.

Folder

Description:
Specifies the path of the folder.
Allowed Values:
  • Choose Folder Path - Specifies an absolute path for the folder.
  • Dynamic Folder Path - Specifies a process data variable that stores the relative path of the folder.

Description:
Specifies the name of the folder to create in the repository.

The name of your SharePoint list from the list.

The unique ID of the list item in SharePoint.

A valid SharePoint list item ID.

If A Duplicate File Name Exists

Description:
Specifies what to do if a file exists with the same name at the target location.
Allowed Values:
  • Overwrite The File - Replaces the existing file with the new one.
  • Auto-Increment The File Name - Saves the file to the target location with a sequence number appended to the file name.
  • Do Not Allow The File Upload - If a file exists with the same name, the file does not save to the target location.
