Prerequisites

How to Start

  1. On the Home screen, click My Apps My Apps icon.

    Click My Apps
  2. On the My Apps screen, in your mobile app name, click View / Edit View or Edit icon.

    Click View Edit

Fields

Function:
Changes the information for your custom mobile app.

Archive Archive icon

Function:
Deletes your custom mobile app from the My Apps screen. You can access it on the Archive screen.

Build Build icon

Opens this Screen:
Request for New Build screen.
Function of this Screen:
Lets you submit a request to receive the new build for your custom mobile app.

Version

Function:
Shows the version number for your custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Locale

Function:
Shows the locale for your custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Status

Function:
Shows the status of the custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

The status can be one of these:

  • Draft - Specifies a custom mobile app in Draft status. An app in draft status is in development and has not been released.
  • Released - Specifies a custom mobile app in Published status.

Description

Function:
Shows the description for the custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Features

Function:
Shows the list of features added to the custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Styling

Function:
Shows the menu color and button color for the custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Preview

Function:
Shows a preview of the custom mobile app.

Select a build

Function:
Specifies the version number from the list for your custom mobile app to see the build history.
Accepted Values:
A version number from the list.
Default Value:
The latest version.

App Version

Function:
Shows the version number for your custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Build Version

Function:
Shows the build version number for your custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Requested by

Function:
Shows the name of the user who requested the build for custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Requested On

Function:
Shows the date of the build request for the custom mobile app.
Accepted Values:
Read only.

Download Download icon

Function:
Downloads the selected version of the custom mobile app build.

Share Link Share Link icon

Function:
Sends the download link of the selected version of the custom mobile app build to the e-mail addresses that you specify in the Recipients field.

Recipients

Function:
Specifies the e-mail addresses of the recipients to whom to send the download link of the build version of your custom mobile app.
To Open this Field:
  1. Click Share Link Share Link icon.
Accepted Values:
A list of email addresses, separated by commas (,).
Default Value:
None
