Good to Know

  • This feature is not available for AgilePoint OnDemand.
  • The Event Service AgileConnector must be added via the AgilePoint Server Configuration utility before using the Event Service.

How to Start

  1. In the Manage Center, click System System icon > Events Service.
  2. On the Events Service Screen, select your event service.
  3. Click Edit Edit icon.
  4. Click the Basic Information tab.

Field Name Definition

Process Model (latest version)
Function:
Select your process model name.
Accepted Values:
A process model name from the list.
Default Value:
None

Process Instance Prefix
Function:
Specifies the prefix of the process instance name to change.
Accepted Values:
One line of text with no spaces.
Default Value:
None

Description
Function:
Specifies the description of the event service to change.
Accepted Values:
More than one line of text.
Default Value:
None

Update
Function:
Changes the information of selected event service.
