Good to Know

  • The meeting host is the user account associated with your Zoom access token.
  • To prevent uninvited participants from entering your meeting (sometimes called "Zoombombing") AgilePoint strongly recommends you configure your Zoom meeting to require a password.
  • ​​To send an e-mail notification, click Advanced Advanced icon > E-mail Notifications E-mail Notifications icon.

  • In most text fields, you can use process data variables as an alternative to literal data values.
  • You can configure whether this activity waits for other activities before it runs.

  1. On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:

      1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the Zoom Zoom icon tab.
      2. On the Zoom Zoom icon tab, drag the Create Zoom Meeting Create Zoom Meeting icon activity onto your process.

      1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Audio options

Function:

  • Telephone Only - Partcipants can connect to the meeting audio only with telephone.

Require meeting password

Function:
Specifies whether participants must enter the meeting password to join.

The host must give the meeting link, and the meeting password to the participants. Follow the policies for your organization for storing and transferring this password.

When you select this option, the password text box shows to enter the meeting password.

To prevent uninvited participants from entering your meeting (sometimes called "Zoombombing") AgilePoint strongly recommends you configure your Zoom meeting to require a password.

Enable join before host

Function:
Specifies if the participants can join the meeting before the host joins.

Specifies whether participants' microphones are muted when they join the meeting.
Accepted Values:
