Get Asset activity

An activity that retrieves information about an asset in UiPath.

Configure the Get Asset activity

To configure the Get Asset activity, do the procedure in this topic.

Prerequisites

AgilePoint NX OnDemand (public cloud), or AgilePoint NX PrivateCloud or AgilePoint NX OnPremises v7.0 Software Update 2 or higher.

How to Start

On the Application Explorer screen, do one of these:
- Open a Process.
- Create a Process.
Do one of these:
- Add an activity:
  1. In the Process Builder, in the Activity Library, open the UiPath RPA tab.
  2. On the UiPath RPA tab, drag the Get Asset activity onto your process.
- Change an activity:
  1. In your process, double-click your activity.

Get Asset Configuration

Specifies the asset information to retrieve from UiPath.

Fields

Field Name	Definition
UiPath	Function: Specifies the access token that connects to your UiPath service. Accepted Values: A list of access tokens configured for your environment. Default Value: None
Add Token	Opens this Screen: Access Token for UiPath Function of this Screen: Configure an access token to connect to UiPath.
Asset Name or ID	Function: Specifies the name or ID of the asset whose information to retrieve. When you select the access token from the UiPath field, this field shows all asset names associate with the access token. Accepted Values: A UiPath asset name from the list. Map Response to AgilePoint Schema	Function: Specifies the connection from the UiPath API response parameter to your schema. Accepted Values: Click the Schema Mapping button to open the Schema Mapper. Use this screen to connect the response to the data model for your process.
